1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfume products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details and product images as proof
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
